Welcome to ATX SPORTS ACADEMY
ATX Sports Academy is a local not-for-profit organization run by dedicated volunteers under (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). ATX Sports Academy is a full-circle facility designed to update the way men, women and youth approach human performance, by creating a multi-platform environment that activates, educates and provides an opportunity for humans to unlock their full potential.
We provide effective, safe and transparent human performance training to develop athletes to the peak of their potential. The Academy enlists diverse experts to support youth, amateur and elite athletes with a full-circle approach that includes body, performance and cognitive training.

Cricket might not look like a very active game at first, but there’s a lot of exercise involved. Whether you’re a fielder, bowler, or batsman, you can expect to do a lot of running. Bowling and batting also help to build upper body strength.
You can play in the garden, in the park or even in the backyard and it’s great for kids and adults alike. It is a great sport for all ages because it’s easy to learn and play. The rules of cricket are quite simple to understand, making the game accessible for new players.

It can be played year round as it can be played both indoors and outdoors. Aside from the pure enjoyment of the game, volleyball has many benefits.
First, it’s a fun way to burn calories. Playing 45 minutes of volleyball can burn up to 585 calories. Volleyball also improves muscle strength and tone. The activities required when playing volleyball strengthen the upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals, and lower legs. In addition, volleyball improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Last but not least, volleyball teaches teamwork and communication and is a great social activity.

In comparison to other sports, soccer is a game that is more player-focused than other. A game in where you can depend more on individual plays from a single player than other team sports. It gives the opportunity for the players to shine, which feels very pleasant for anyone.
Controlling the ball on the ground requires a lot of grace and artful techniques. The players have to tackle the opponent players while keeping the ball moving from one corner of the ground to the opponent’s end. The players have to practice hours and hours to learn all the techniques which can help them in becoming a future star.
